This was the Mantra shared to me by my Art Teacher at very impressionable age. But in the hustle bustle of busy city life somewhere it got hidden under the carpet.
All along in my life, I had a good family, good Art Career, financially secure, a good decent life. My friends would tell me I had it all, but secretly I knew something was lacking inside me. From within, I was feeling the emptiness that seemed incomplete for want of a direction in life. I craved to feel safe, to be loved, to be held and to be understood. Craving for food and my work is what I focused on to de-stress myself for years.

Despite external signs of success I was battling with stress, sleepless nights. I felt crippled due to the lack of self-worth with a low self-esteem. I was battling with the need to be compared to others? I was constantly feeling not Enough, helpless.
Besides that I came across challenges in my relationships. It felt like the end of the world and felt devastated, lost in the crowd. That’s when I felt something was not right with myself or my life. I decided to take charge of the situation myself.
My life mirrored my beliefs.
I knew that something needed to change but I didn’t know what and how?
It felt like I was running fast, but reaching nowhere…
My problem was How I Felt About Myself …My Relationship with myself.

It took a lot of Soul searching, a couple of workshops & training programs that I needed the guidance for my self-discovery. Through self- enquiry I reached to a conclusion that my problems were not with my appearance or my body or my career and my relationships.
The things I achieved or attempted for didn’t bring me the desired happiness I was looking for. Underneath all the layers of ‘success’, I didn’t feel GOOD ENOUGH. Thus I wanted to find a path whereby I could pursue passionately and look for the concepts that I could accept & love myself wholeheartedly.
I realized I am lovable…
just because I exist.

With this realisation my life changed completely. I found my space among the crowd through my self-discovery and found a deeper connect with who I want to be.
Thanks to Louise Hay & her Heal Your Life Course, my new beginning had started like Savior. It changed my whole perspective towards life. Since then I am on this journey of Self Love. I equipped myself to go deep into the knowledge and trained myself as an Internationally Certified Heal Your Life Coach, Emotional Empowerment practitioner, Law of attraction – Prosperity Coach, NLP Practitioner.
At that moment I had Come Home… to myself.
I began to live my life rather than just exist.

I recollected the Old Mantra shared by my Art teacher at the early stage of my life. Now I got a calling to share the Life changing Mantra to the world. So I launched my Healing Studio named Come’ome & designed my own signature Programs.
Currently I am the Founder of Come’ome and I intend to walk with you on this journey of fully embracing Life! Come’ome is a sacred space, for you and me. We delve together on the highs and lows, rise from the depths and soar beyond. Sounds metaphoric? See How It Works for Real!
